  • STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    Get ready to feel strong and powerful with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, resistance bands, battle ropes, balance BOSU balls, and more! This strength and conditioning class focuses strength and power with short bouts of cardio throughout.  

  • POWER SCULPT

    This upbeat, fun and total-body workout fuses a variety of (low and high impact) heart-pumping cardio intervals with light weight high repitition sculpting. Weights ranging from 2-6lbs wil be used along closed loop resistance bands.   Get ready to sculpt, sweat, and smile!

  • TOTAL BODY STRENGTH & SWEAT

    Strength, cardio, core, body weight movement and more! This upbeat and full body workout incorporates everything that will make your heart pump, body sweat and can-do attitude sore! From high impact to low impact, all options are available. Get ready to be challenged and have fun!

  • DANCE FIT

    Synergy Dance Studio- 3425 Bee Caves Rd Studio A

    Explore a variety of aerobic dance styles with choreographed moves to fun and upbeat music. Includes light weight and resistance work, plyometrics, core conditioning, and flexibility training. A great cardio workout and outlet for your inner star! All levels are welcome for a total body workout. No dance experience required. All fitness levels welcome.

  • METABOLIC HIIT

    Metabolic HIIT is a mix of high and low impact cardio, a variety of strength & sculpt work using equipment and your body weight through high intensity interval training, circuit training & Tabata. Expect cardio, targeted strength work, and variety to keep your body guessing and your energy high. A little bit of everything—and a whole lot of awesome.

  • POWER UP

    Wednesdays

    A fun and functional full-body workout that helps you break through plateaus, burn fat, and build strength and bone mass. This 45-minute class focuses on short bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. With the use of free weights, sand bells, kettle bells and core equipment, you'll challenges every muscle and for total body transformation.

  • PILATES MAT

    This no-impact, creative and fun class is based upon classical Pilates movements and more. A variety of equipment is used to keep the experience unique and challenging for all levels. Focus is on total body strength so that muscle balance, symmetry and core stability are challenged with every workout. Every exercise is performed with attention to breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns that translate to better posture and more ease in everyday life! 

  • METABOLIC HITT

    Get back to the basics—in the best way with Functional Cardio. This class features classic cardio moves designed to boost your heart health while also improving lower body and core strength, mobility, and balance. Rooted in purposeful movement, Functional Cardio helps enhance everyday functionality by mimicking real-life motion patterns. Added Bonus: it’s a great workout for your nervous system and brain function.

  • FLOW & RESTORE

    Flow & Restore is the perfect reset—mind, body, and soul. This class begins with a gentle Vinyasa flow to build heat, improve mobility, and release the tension that’s built up over the week. Then, you’ll transition into deeply relaxing restorative poses designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote full-body recovery. It’s the ideal blend of movement and stillness, strength and surrender—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready for the weekend ahead.

    This Cardio Kickboxing class is high-energy, calorie burning, full-body workout that combines martial arts-inspired movements with heart-pumping cardio. Designed for all levels and no experience required — just show up ready to move, sweat, and unleash your inner powerhouse.

  • To ensure a consistent experience, all participants in fitness classes are required to have a yoga mat. 

  • A 10% discount on memberships and classes is extended to:

    • Immediate family members sharing the same address

    • Teachers

    • Active military

  • Individuals will be notified via their provided email address and phone number if the credit card on file fails to authorize for any reason. A $10 late fee will apply if the individual does not provide valid credit card information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.

  • Membership contract cancellations will result in a penalty fee equal to one monthly payment. Refunds will apply only upon injury or bereavement leave. Memberships may be upgraded at any time. Contact us at hello@igniteyourlifenow.com with questions regarding upgrades and cancellations.

  • At Ignite, we love capturing the energy and spirit of our incredible members during classes and events. From time to time, we may take photos or videos to showcase the vibrant community and the hard work everyone is putting in. These images may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. If you prefer not to be included in any photos, please feel free to let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Your privacy and comfort are important to us!

  • Members can freeze membership for a minimum of 1 month for bereavement and medical reasons only. Billing is suspended during the freeze period and the contract is extended by the same amount of time. Membership is reactivated upon the first fitness class attended.
