This never-the-same class is filled with a variation of challenging cardiovascular exercises that'll get your heart pumping, improve your cardiovascular endurance and recruit some serious fast-twitch muscle fibers.

No Impact Strength Circuits is for anyone wanting to lose fat, gain muscle and add strength. Targeting all major muscles, you will rotate through dumbbell focused strength circuits. Be prepared for your heart rate to soar and your body is going to love it!

This upbeat, fun and total-body workout fuses a variety of heart-pumping cardio moves to slower sculpting exerices. We'll use light weights, booty band and pilates ball for sculping and our body weight for each cardio move. Get ready to sweat, and smile!
