Quick Workouts At Home for Your Full and Fun Holiday Season

Hello holidays! We flipped a page in the calendar and just like that we’re hustling and bustling into the holiday season. Because of that, we know your availability has been cut in half, which is why we’re delivering quick workouts at home! Bada bing bada boom! 10-15 minutes and your done! The best part is you don’t even have to think about what to do (we know your maxed out!) because the exercise demonstration with format is all included!




Molly's Strength Workout At Home

  • 5 exercise moves

  • 3, 40 second work/20 sec rest per move

  • be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch





Sarah's Strength Workout At Home

  • 5 exercise moves

  • 3, 45 second work/15 sec rest per exercise

  • be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch

Neissa's Sculpt & Toning Workout At Home

  • 11 exercise moves

  • 2 rounds: 30-seconds work/10- sec rest per exercise

  • be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch




Kathleen's Body Weight "Holiday Superlegs" Ladder Workout At Home

  • 4 exercise moves.

  • Perform 1 rep per exercise, then 2 reps per exercise, etc. Go all the way up to 10 reps per exercise

  • Be sure to warm up and cool down

Andy's Strength Workout

  • 5 exercise moves

  • 1 minute per exercise

  • 3 rounds

  • on S/L Deadlift w/straight arm pull, perform 30 seconds per leg

  • be sure to include 3 minute warmup and stretch




Jill's Core Burn Workout At Home

  • 6 exercise moves

  • 35 seconds each/15 seconds rest

  • 3 rounds

  • be sure to include a child'd pose at the end and a 3 minute warmup and stretch
