High Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding



For all of you peanut butter and chocolate lovers, you will love this pudding! Like the chocolate recipes we've posted all month, this pudding recipe is from from Beach Side Kitchen (IG @beachsidekitchen). It's high protein and low sugar. For bonus points, use strawberries or dates for dipping or cut them up and swirl in with your pudding (and add some chocolate chips).


The recipe is super simple, with only 5 ingredients and 1 step.


Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 C Plain Greek Yogurt

  2. 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder

  3. 2 TBSP Peanut Butter Powder

  4. 1 TBSP Maple Syrup

  5. Splash of Almond Milk


Add all ingredients to bowl and mix/whip with an electric mixer until everything is combined...OH! And enjoy!
