The ingredients are:
2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 scoops chocolate Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 C of coffee (optional)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy!
For a hot drink, warm up your almond milk before blending.
For a cold drink, add a cup of ice while blending.
