These days we're craving smoothies, juices and salads. If you are too, we know you'll love this energizing, healthy and beautiful green smoothie bowl we created straight from Hawaii! Just kidding, but we wish! This delicious beauty comes straight from our kitchen. And, if you're trying to kick your coffee habit and looking for a more sustainable energy option, we added Matcha green tea powder. Matcha is packed with antioxidants and provides longer energy and focus then a cup of caffeinated coffee...and a little dab will definitely do ya!!
The ingredients are:
1-2 Large Frozen banana
1 C Frozen Mango
1 Handful of Spinach
5 Mint Leaves
1 Spoonful of NuttZo Mixed Nut and Seed Butter (can use any nut butter)
Splash to 1/4 C Almond Milk, or any nut milk. For thicker smoothie, use less milk
Optional: 1 Tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and pour in cup or bowl. Recommended toppings are:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Kiwi
Raspberries
Blackberries
Walnuts
Uncooked Oats
Coconut Chips
