Did we mention we ♥️chocolate?!? We love it so much that throughout the month of February we're posting a healthy chocolate recipe each week. Like our Healthy Twix Bar recipe, we got this delish high-protein/low sugar mousse recipe from Beach Side Kitchen (IG @beachsidekitchen). For toppings we decided to cut up our Healthy Twix Bars and add some raspberries. Yummeee!!
The recipe is super simple, with only three ingredients and 1 step.
Ingredients
1 1/2 C Plain Greek Yogurt
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 TBSP Maple Syrup or Honey (we used Maple Syrup)
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix/whip with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Then, top with your Healthy Twix Bars, raspberries or whatever your favorite healthy topping is.
