MEDICINAL TEA RECIPE
Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
8 -12 oz of water
1 tbsp Makula honey or regular honey
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother)
1/2 juice of lemon
shake of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Warm water over stovetop. You don't want it boiling, rather warm water for sipping
Pour warm water into a coffee cup
Stir in honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon juice and shake of honey
Sip on it and enjoy!
