Why This Medicinal Tea Works

Each ingredient in this tea is a powerhouse on its own, but together, they create a synergistic remedy to help you feel better fast:

  • Honey: Nature’s sweet medicine, honey soothes a sore throat and has antimicrobial properties that can help fight off infections.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: The "mother" in ACV is full of probiotics and enzymes that support gut health, which is critical for a strong immune system.

  • Lemon Juice: Packed with vitamin C, lemon juice gives your immune system a boost while helping to flush toxins.

  • Cinnamon: This warming spice is anti-inflammatory and can help reduce congestion and provide a cozy, comforting flavor.
