Stand Up Paddle (SUP)
Note: This class is now included in your Journey package. It is no longer a separate add on.
Stand Up Paddling is the cutting edge and coolest way to get an outstanding core, upper body and cardiovascular workout without the impact. Each SUP class consists of proper SUP instruction with a cross training, cardiovascular, yoga and Pilates component. SUP is an outstanding and total body workout with the worst case scenario being you make a splash in the water and cool off.
Fee: $10 per board (please bring cash or check to class)
