Running / Speedwalking

These classes are designed to provide a progressive fitness opportunity for all. We will support, coach and lead you for one or more of the upcoming events. You needn't participate in the final event; you can still join us for the training if you want or need an extra workout challenge. Training workouts are open to friends, family and the community.

Endurance Building

Each class is structured to start with a dynamic warmup followed with challenging cardiovascular segments to increase stamina for speed walkers, joggers, and runners alike. From short anaerobic exercises to longer aerobic exercises, this class is a great way to start your Saturday with your family and friends.
