Cross Training
Beginning with a progressive yoga and dynamic warm up, each class includes a variety of strength and resistance training (use of weights, resistance and medicine balls), cardiovascular training, functional exercises and core strengthening with focus on balance, a proper cool down and stretch.
What You Need
- iGnite Basic Equipment Kit* (order)
- Yoga mat (bring your own or order ours)
- Two 3-lb. dumbbells
- Two 5-lb. dumbbells
