Cardiovascular Circuit
Equipment: Yoga mat (bring your own or order ours), towel, water, resistance bands.
Cardiovascular Circuit is an opportunity to primarily improve your cardiovascular fitness while combining the necessary benefits of resistance and core training. Each class is structured to start with a dynamic warmup followed with challenging cardiovascular segments to increase stamina for speed walkers, joggers, and runners alike. The fun will end with a well deserved and functional cool down.
