Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise noted. Swimming is 60 minutes long.
Important Notes
- Classes subject to cancellation. Classes must have a minimum number of participants (usually 4) to be held.
- Some classes change location periodically for variety. Please check every Sunday evening for locations of classes the following week.
- NO CLASS ON MON JUL 05.
- Last class day for Journey XV is Aug 06.
